Tummy Fat as it Relates to Health

“Trim Tummy fat” my athletic trainer would tell me.  When I was told how vital the abdomen was to the core of health and fitness I got on a good workout plan to keep my tummy in great condition.  Being an athlete made it easier than someone who has only sat up to get out of bed.  When you’re a bit older it is much harder to keep the tummy flat and trim tummy fat.
