Managing your health can disappear with the life style we come to live; running to catch a bus, catching a cab, locked in a cubicle for 8 hours, commuting home, eating fast foods, sitting in front of the TV, and a whole lot of other stressful conditions put on us in this world.  However, it becomes crucial for us to take a sabbatical and see exactly where we are.

After a favorable visit to your doctor for a routine check up and full body physical, blood test and organ testing; you should dock up everything that is working well and keep note of the doctor’s concerns.  Address the concerns; do not be scared of them.  If your weight is a concern; address it.
